More Trash bins.
Eliminate the free newspaper machines which end up all over the street.
Littering is a fine isn’t it? Let’s post no littering signs in spanish/english with the dollar amount.
How about some DPW workers walking beats in the mission ginving out tickets and pay them a commission for every ticket they write. Something must be done about the trash. It is a disgrace in a wonderful neighborhood. Kudos on the "NO" plastic grocery bags. That will be a help.
