1) Hold club promoters accountable for the littering they knowingly generate. Make it illegal to distribute or post flyers on cars or buildings. Impose a Flyer tax for clean up.
2) Aren’t there noise laws in place already and don’t those apply to motorcycles? I would just enforce the laws we have. There is no reason a motorcycle should be so loud that it can be heard blocks away.
In general I think the City should enforce laws that are in place. Too many people are getting away with being bad citizens and should be held accountable.
