Allow, or force, the taxicab companies to have increased taxis on weekends and other high demand periods with part-time drivers. Or, just open up the market and let however many taxis operate as the market will bear. It is crazy that I can’t get a taxi to come to my house on weekends, and most companies just don’t answer their phones or the cab never shows up, and they don’t care when you complain because they have more business than they need.
