I propose the city of San Francisco designate another bus line to and from the Marina, something similar to the 45, while avoiding the congestion of traveling through China Town. There is a desperate need for additional transportation throughout the Marina especially during peak commuter times.
Secondly, I suggest finding some way to increase parking availability in residential areas. All too often there seems to be an excess of parking meters and unnecessary no parking zones, when the space would be more beneficial and more accommodating for drivers, if they were allowed to park for at least two hours without having to pay. I’m sure the city can afford to relinquish some of its income from parking violations, in order to better appease its citizens.
