Dear Honorable Mayor,

As constituent of San Francisco, I am quite sure of "Deaf-resistance" Mayor Newsom’s Office has failed to bridge the gap of entity.    I have lived in San Francisco for nearly ten years.     I am ashamed of MOD’s Office for discrimination against Deafhood.   I am  requesting access to a free of charge Sign Language Interpreter so I can join society and communicate socially, academically and so he can work. I am  asking for 250 hours a year of services so I can begin an interactive human life. The inability to communicate is depressing and frustrating, putting my other medical needs at. risk. Please consider and allow this young soul a chance to participate fully in life.

City provide "Free of Charge" Sign Language Interpreter for providing for private interpretation services or other methods for clarifying communication needed for work, studies, social participation, recreation or any other corresponding purposes. Like 240 hours a year or more..   Like for example playing rugby or a book reading in my private time.   This is an example of barring someone from having pleasurable life.

I have disbelief in you, Mr. Galvin.    I am asking to recover.    I believe in Thatcherism and I need you today, or I am nothing.

Best regards,

SteVen Ray

One Response to “Establish right of equal access for community”

  1. SteVen Ray Davies Says:

“It is only shallow people who do not judge by appearances. The true mystery of the world is the visible, not the invisible.” Oscar Wilde

I don’t know you well. the truth about how wonderful sign language can really be… I’m unlucky to be Gay/Deaf, and to have lived outside the US until age 33 with the result that many of my values are different to mainstream American values. So I don’t fit in so well to American society. I want to become successful and marrying a good person.

Without direct contact with government, and in era of intensifying scientific, medical, educational, education pressure on Deaf Community such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, genetic engineering, and audism discrimination (see blog) without sight of the Deaf Community, Deaf children are in with lay people, are being eluded from cultural belief and actions. It is necessary and a ‘permanent state of emergency’ to gain legitimate quality to media such as Television and online Video Blogs, because sign language can be seen to the medium. Ladd explains “.. power of scientistic discourse show signs of becoming engraved to the public mind”. Ladd explains .. “Majorities culture maybe ruled by groups who interest are inimical to the health of the culture as which so majorities culture themselves maybe conceived a ‘damaged’ in same way, false need and false consciousness.” … “a lay person is also essentially someone who has been politically and/or culturally disenfranchised.. in which crucial to make it clear that there are situations and domain in which most of us are ‘lay people’…” We form different groups so called ‘experts’
he medical, legal, media and education are four domains can damage the nature of human desire.” …’system of knowledge’ which allows for each individual not to know about all sectors of their culture, but to perform from their theories of what they perceive. The rules of the game can, in turn, be altered change by their action, thus this ‘dialect’ [thinking] which might provide mechanism to understand cultural change. Ladd, also describes ‘cultural relativity, like linguistic relativity, was a noble one, intend to counterbalance colonialist ideas of ’superior’ culture, it is now possible go beyond those position…

“Hand Off Policy, Lawyers and Judges?????? … it will be seen how prone error such attempt must be. For no matter how sincere, honest and conscientious such a writer may be, his account must necessarily be colored by his point-of-view and the duties of his life - in the position of a paid attorney for one side trying to describe the case of the party who he is opposing — an almost impossible task to fulfill with bias and prejudice. The paid attorney, zealous for his view of the case, is not very likely to manifest a purely judicial mind and point-of-view, no matter how honest he may be. Paddy Ladd explains .. “Majorities culture maybe ruled by groups who interest are inimical to the health of the culture as which so majorities culture themselves maybe conceived a ‘damaged’ in same way, false need and false consciousness.” … “a lay person is also essentially someone who has been politically and/or culturally disenfranchised.. in which crucial to make it clear that there are situations and domain in which most of us are ‘lay people’…” We form different groups so called ‘experts’ the medical, legal, media and education are four domains can damage the nature of human desire.” …’system of knowledge’ which allows for each individual not to know about all sectors of their culture, but to perform from their theories of what they perceive. The rules of the game can, in turn, be altered change by their action, thus this ‘dialect’ [thinking] which might provide mechanism to understand cultural change. Ladd, also describes ‘cultural relativity, like linguistic relativity, was a noble one, intend to counterbalance colonialist ideas of ’superior’ culture, it is now possible go beyond those position…” Hegel’s justification for the death penalty, however, is less pragmatic and more philosophical: ’since life is the full compass of a man’s existence, the punishment [for murder] … can consist only in taking away a second life.’ ? Philosophy of Right 247] But a third culture? consequences of an act; its objects — hereditary leader — Defender of Nature. Finland (only country Sign Language that every non-Deaf child has opportunity to be able to express with their body as already encouraged to do with their mouths), Portugal, South Africa and Uganda are the only country overall constitutional recognition of official status of world’s sign language. But by recognized law, Sweden, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Columbia. However, un-recognition Byelorussia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Uruguay, Thailand and of course, American States; as for special education, Denmark and Greece. BUT in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA — hearing are superior over Deaf’s understanding, including the Judge and Lawyers. This is absolutely unfair of our society … we entangle the sphere of freedom.. but we failed to embrace freedom in the EYES of God.”
“Once read this: Radical Psychiatry — Second Decade Beth Roy and Caude Steiner “If we be stuck in old way of thinking, we cannot respond well to new questions, new goals, moreover, a static politic is by it nature flawed. Any theory that cannot accommodate the changes in people’s lived experience deserves to die.” But EXCLUDING????”
“Thus, lastly … The rights of persons using Sign Language and of persons in need of interpretation or translation aid owing to disability shall be guaranteed by an Act at any Given Time, including private time such as work, school, playing sport, or common necessities.. for example 250 hours of Free of Charge Interpreter covered by hereditary leader. Our leaders are responsible as a results. Who is the Queen of United States of America? Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) signed by President Bush has failed to bridge the gap on what entity means. Employers do not want to pay for interpreters and nor should they.. but the United States of America has a duty to Act and cover “in potent of e pluribus unum” is latin criminal proceeding against the spirital coding which creates by communicating across those linguistic boundaries. Audism is a term used to describe discrimination or stereotypes against deaf or hard of hearing people, for example by assuming that the cultural ways of hearing people are preferable or superior to those of deaf or signing culture, or that deaf people are somehow less capable than hearing people. Compare with sexism, racism, sizeism, heteronormative, transphobia, homophobia, etc. An attitude based on pathological thinking which results in a negative stigma toward anyone who does not hear; like racism or sexism, audism judges, labels, and limits individuals on the basis of whether a person hears and speaks. (Humphrey and Alcorn 1995: 85) The corporate institution for dealing with deaf people–dealing with them by making statements about them, authorizing views of them, describing them, teaching about them, governing where they go to school and, in some cases, where they live; in short, audism is the hearing way of dominating, restructuring, and exercising authority over the deaf community. It includes such professional people as administrators of schools for deaf children and of training programs for deaf adults, interpreters, and some audiologists, speech therapists, otologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, librarians, researchers, social workers, and hearing aid specialists. (Lane 1992: 43) Deaf in America is like living the third world. Conceive is what is objectly present: Dominance is being of consciousness “positively”… the ’sole’ way and even carrying a good thing too far and so remains inappropriate. Godspeed.”
