I clean up garbage floating up and down my street in front of my house at least 3 times a day. For the life of me, it is a wonder where it all comes from? I have lived here for only 6 years and it is the dirtiest urban center I have ever lived in. Maybe a few litter fine signs of $1000.00 would help and a trash bin on every corner might be an incentive to do the right thing. The ground we walk on is "not" our trash bin, but in SF people treat it that way...or we wouldn't have trash everywhere.<ul><li><label>Overall Rating</label>: 1</li> </ul> I agree with you.
