The elevators at the Alexander Residence are constantly broken, and TNDC in they’re usual fashion are always not telling their tenant residence the truth about anything they are suppose to do for their tenant clientele.
At the Alexander Residence, which is under terms of SRO HUD Contracts, the elevators are constantly breaking down, and the business integrity of TNDC is in question. The Federal Government has already had TNDC under investigation for their business ethics and so this corporation already has a record of rather diabolical business ethics. The elevators at the Alexander Residence have been broken since May 8, 2007 and the residence at the Alexander have been told they won’t be fixed until May 15, 2007. There are two elevators only, and as often as these elevators break down, its just a matter of time before the one operational elevator breaks down entirely. There are twelve floors to this Alexander Residence Building. There is a 95% disability of tenant clients at this residence which includes respiratory and cardio disease, asthma, HIV/AIDS, and just plain old age. These people with they’re many medical problems cannot possibly walk up twelve flights of stairs because TNDC cannot practice good business ethics and honor their contracts with SRO HUD Programs. It is common knowledge amongst the tenants of Alexander Residence that TNDC has a terrible habit of not telling the truth to their tenants, or being inconsistent with anything they promise their tenants.
I do believe it may be way overdue for TNDC to be investigated by they’re peers of "California Affordable Housing Initiative, Inc."
