The MTA needs to resolve the scheduling problems with the Metro. Most specifically the issue with the trains running in packs, instead of spaced every 7 to15 minutes. I spoke with Kenneth McDonald (COO MTA) about this in on Nov. 21, whom told me "they had someone looking at the problem" .
Here are a couple of proposals:
1> Dynamically allocate the trains from the Embarcadero and Ocean Ave Stations.
2> Tie the ends of the "L" and "N" lines together and dynamically allocate these trains as necessary.
