Central Troubleshooter
Muni Central, needs an executive, with authority and decision making powers to troubleshoot day-to-day problems when buses are missing.
Currently and for decades, when Central confronts a problem it does nothing. If four buses are missing, then they will sit on their butts all day and there won’t be any buses for two hours.
Seven N Judah’s go inbound and none go outbound. Will they turn one around? Nope.
The customer service reps openly say they’re evil. Without a troubleshooter, Muni service will always be terrible.

311 Customer Service Center
Central ignores everyone, including the 311 Customer Service center reps and supervisors and has done so for decades. Again, a troubleshooter has to take information from the reps and act on that information.
Currently the reps have to pretend that if they take a complaint, that someone will actually read it. It’s a complete lie. When I make a complaint with the 311 center about the N, I get a letter back addressing a complaint about the K. It’s pathetic. Customer service reps and supervisors don’t have any power and Central certainly knows that.
Don’t make liars out of city workers. Eveyone knows that Central NEVER responds to any feedback. Don’t make them act las if these complaints mean anything. Don’t waste everyone’s time. Get a trouble shooter and reform central.

I would be glad to email the Mayor directly, rewrite it and will campaign for the Mayor if he can reform central.
