Certain SOMA streets such as 7th Street between Bryant and Market, and Howard between 4th and 11th, are unneccessarily wide, a waste of valuable land and arguably adding to the "concrete jungle" effect. We should implement boulevards much like Octavia, with tree-lined medians and greenspace.
