Light beams that activate airbags that are deployed from underneath the bridge to scoop-up jumpers and hold them until help arrives. bags can have kevlar threads to keep someone from cutting themselves loose once bagged. The light beams are mounted along the railing and just below the railing to activate the airbags. Maybe weight sensors to acknowledge the weight of someone trying to hoist themselves uo and over the railing. This way something, say a bird, wouldn’t set off the bags
