I have sent this to you before. I am a new yorker and know a little about traffic lights. In san francisco, there are many streets that could use coordination of the lights. When I am driving, I look around and see few cars, but yet I am stuck in traffic because the lights are not in coordination. In new york, there is much more efficient use of traffic lights and thus traffic moves much faster. If you can only do one street, let it be Columbus Avenue running from North Beach to Downtown. It is terrible. My light goes green as the next light is turning red. It is very frustrating. Thanks for reading my suggestion.
