I get the Examiner, never read it, and sometimes wait for it to pile up before I recycle them. I know I could probably clean it up each time I get one but I NEVER READ THAT CRAPPY PAPER and don’t think they should be allowed to litter our sidewalks if we didn’t specifically request their "newspaper". Fine them. Same goes for restaurants that rubber band their menus to our doors. I specifically never go to these restaurants due to them being annoying. Not to mention the food probably sucks if they are so desperate they need to go door-to-door to advertise their Chicken Chow Mein.
