					<description>I agree that it can be dangerous however with that said, I grew up right on l9th Avenue near Taraval.  My parents raised four children in our house.  When we were very young, we even rode our scooters, bikes etc... up and down the sreet with supervision.  I still live in the area and cross l9th Avenue almost daily and have to say it's no more dangerous than any other street out there.  The one thing I think that can be done is give people crossing l9th avenue longer time to get across the street.  I walk fast and can barely make it before the light changes.  When in contrast, the cars crossing Taraval have what seems like several minutes.  The stoplight needs to be changed there.  Other than that, it's not really that dangerous.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;label&gt;Overall Rating&lt;/label&gt;: 7&lt;/li&gt;
