The Union certainly hasn't helped the city and for that matter hasn't helped Muni. Right now we are hearing that it will take 5 years before we can reach 85% on time service. In the "real world" that would be totally unacceptable. The Union has no vested interest in making Muni work, and they have certainly had plenty of time to fix it.
