Make all databases of Health care universal for all health care providers to react on them easily and efficiently. Just the act of reducing paperwork and increasing efficiency would be helpful. Two providers from different hospitals or clinics can exchange information easily for the same patient. Universal Personal eHealth Info on the city plan would help decrease the cost of health care- a pure challenge as always. I would be open to working on this voluntarily if there is potential in the city to pursue this. One person’s health history for their life time in one place if he lives or works in San Francisco! Doctors and hospitals can come and go as businesses but patient information should be digitized and managed with reports on resources needed to manage these illnesses. The VA has one of the best Health care records as I have heard. I am a dentist and would like all dentists to have the same information-every time you see a specialist there are more and new forms and at times patients forget what happened when to them.
