Act Locally lets ideas fly right up to the top - what a fabulous way to lead and encourage proactive people! I let a draft dream fly, requesting a reality check - that arrow was WAY off target (fortunately, I think it also went to the wrong email - LOL).
But it got me thinking: I get to state all my views openly and passionately, but our Mayor can’t just speak out. He has to carefully consider and balance many different views from all sorts of people, weigh them all, along with input from the team of folks working for the City . . ..
Here we have a Mayor who values each individual in San Francisco enough to actually listen to their dreams and viewpoints. Mayor Newsom, through this website, is a Smart Solution.
Our City will only get better if we all feel valued and proud of this, our truly magical City.
