A cute little crab ("no dumping&quo 
sign marked the storm drain, showing where to poke the stick to clear leaves away. Then the intersection and walkway drained so quickly it was fun to watch. Crab signs might be too expensive to install on pre-existing sidewalks. Would it be a good idea to paint small aqua arrows on curbs above the storm drains that routinely get blocked and hidden by puddles - the ones DPW gets called to clear a lot? Then maybe folks could just clear them quickly and spare DPW on busy, rainy days.
