Make it mandatory for restaurants, bars and shopkeepers to power wash the sidewalk once a week with neighborhood association dues.  Polk and Broadway area is terrible due to the groups of people on the weekend. It would make the city look better and SMELL better. Tova Willey Read This Posty »
