I have one and really need it because I am unable to walk very far and carry around an oxygen tank.  I always see folks park in the blue zones who certainly don't look or act like they are disabled.  Would be nice to be able to call a special number for a meter maid to check this out.  I ended  up buying a truck with commercial plates just for the parking.
