I don't have a good solution, but once thought it would be good to create tokens people could purchase; then give them to the homeless ... to be redemed for food, shelter, shower, therapy, clothes or some kind of help, but I suspect that many would be traded for liquor or drugs. It's a huge problem, and I wish I could think of a great viable solution. Randy Read This Posty »
