It is very difficult for the average person to find any information regarding meetings held by departments, committees and commissions.  You have to go the city web site, then find the department/commission home page, the agenda/meeting schedule page and then select the date you are interested in.  It seems that a majority do not list their schedules and rarely post meeting minutes.  Despite the fact that certain committees and commissions are supposed to meet on a schedule, many consistently cancel meetings and do not announce when the next one will be.  Why not have a link on the City's home Read This Posty »
