Make all databases of Health care universal for all health care providers to react on them easily and efficiently. Just the act of reducing paperwork and increasing efficiency would be helpful. Two providers from different hospitals or clinics can exchange information easily for the same patient. Universal Personal eHealth Info on the city plan would help decrease the cost of health care- a pure challenge as always. I would be open to working on this voluntarily if there is potential in the city to pursue this. One person's health history for their life time in one place if he lives

My solution is for the city to utilize the Scio technology for health diagnosis. It is the most advanced and economical way to identify disease even before it happens. It is embraced in Europe. I want to acquaint you with it through a demo. I have more information to share with you but it will need to be in a longer email. The device has been endorsed by the Mayo clinic and was invented by a man who has been nominated for the Nobel Prize over a dozen times. He invented it in association with NASA. Please contact me for

Almost 2/3 of CCSF's RN Fall 07 class are out of county residents. Universal Health care for SF residents is great but who will staff the centers when our own community college is educating and training residents of other counties to become nurses. In the event of disaster, where does SF want a good number of their nurses to be: at home in another county or right here in SF? Don't we rely on our community college to serve our community? Looking at the numbers, the admissions policy into CCSF's RN program does exactly the opposite! When it comes to

In an effort to provide the public an example of how universal health care can be a benefit to SF, come to the Hydrocephalus Association gathering on 9/23 at Chrissy Field. There will be numerous young people there with Hydrocephalus who cannot get health insurance, but are willing to work and contribute to society, given the chance.
Patrick Healy (Gavin's second cousin) is one of those people.

SFGH needs an immediate audit of two depts---opd and xrays. Is it true that any audit is being blocked by the G.A./O. COMMITTEE of the board??? The new health access plan and the upcoming SFGH bond issue needs a reformed SFGH, not a wasteful/inefficient provider of service. There are witnesses who can give you necessary details. Clinton and Nixon both learned that the cover-up is alot worse than the original violations.
Honest Abe just wants to help you.
