You can only help those who want to be helped and who really need it. I am tired of seeing the system get tied up helping idiots who are trying to con someone or hurt someone on purpose. These people need to realize they need to walk a straight line because they are not going to be helped or be given a free ride for being a repeat problem. I always want to sign on for this, but they always seem to be scheduled on weekdays.  I propose Homeless Connect plans for Saturday or Sunday events as well.  I'm sure there are many San Franciscans who work full time, M-F jobs who would love to be a part of this program.
