There are an unacceptable number of delays on the Metro. On Metro lines from Caltrain (formerly N, now T and J), trains have to wait for as much as 10+ minutes to enter the tunnel between Folsom and Embarcadero, and then often stop multiple times in the tunnel before reaching Embarcadero station.
