All these ideas are great, a good start, but what is really needed is execution and follow through.  I am interested in understanding the next steps.  I am happy to drive next steps if needed.  The majority of the solutions I see here center around a few fundamental themes: Safety, cleanliness, transportation, and health.  Without these, everything is are meaningless.
