CCSF has got to implement a resident priority policy when selecting applicants to the RN program. SF resident tax dollars must go to educate our residents first! For a better SF, we must develop the city's greatest resource, her citizens! I have written the Mayor several times about this issue. Sadly, an issue that affects all of SF gets no response. Putting SF residents first is a win for everyone.

There are people across the street from me who have 5 cars and 1 motorcycle. This is not just one house but several on this block with more than 3 cars. I would recommend a tax on 3 vehicles or more and have the tax solely go to making SF more GREEN. How about a 50.00 tax and the person would need to provide 3 references to verify the address with DMV.

Two of the five are now getting a disease which spreads easily among this species and cannot be cured. The trees die. We hired an arborist to get a permit (which shouldn't even be required for ornamentals) from Urban Forestry to replace all five with Yew trees which are not susceptible
