Matt Tuchow writes that foster kids graduating out of foster care are at great risk of homelessness, incarceration, teen pregnancy, and drug addiction. Larkin Street Youth Services is a model organization providing critical services to these and other youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Their clients have shared hundreds of reasons why they want and need to move beyond the street.
