In Paris, nearly all of the advertisements in the subways are for art galleries and stage plays. In San Francisco, they are for cell phones and "La Bronca Es Raza!". Wow. $15 million in revenue for a crappy transportation system. Why is the government becoming an ad agency? How about firing some bureaucrats to maintain the budget and leave the ad space to promote public art?

Overall Rating: 1
