I attended this event last night with a collegue that I do volunteer with for the Junior League of San Francisco. This event was held at the totally cool DRAGON BAR, located at 465 Broadway (The atmosphere was surprisingly fun and the staff were more than polite and went out of their way to make us welcome. There is a large dance floor and I shall certainly return to enjoy their sparkling wines) and was impressed with the film and the message. In response to the comment by 'Likroper,' where the statement" government despises activists as much as they do criminals' is really reaching. Our youth needs to be educated the importance of voting and how it impacts government. Voting is not an 'activist' activity and is a privilege that we as Americans share. Mobilize.org is a valuable organization and I would encourage youth to become active and take their civic duties seriously. Apathy is the biggest mistake that we can make as Americans, especially if we want to see changes in government. It is criminal, in my opinion to sit apathetically by and abuse our voting rights by not using them. The youth in America is a very powerful force and should know the power that they have by being able to make a difference by exercising their voting right. I have seen adults that do not exercise their privilege to vote and this is sinful, in my humble opinion. Apathy is the undoing of any human being. Complacency is the undoing of a society and its people. P Fitzgerald

Overall Rating: 1

the miscreant youth amongst us should realize that government despises activists as much as they do criminals, so you might as well just be an activist - www.likroper.com

Overall Rating: 10
