SF Stem Cell Leadership, Vital for the Future of Medical Research Funding

California’s stem cell program has created a new model for how to fund medical research in this country. Scientific and medical research is effectively the most important intellectual capital investment and asset of this society and must be funded with long term capital debt instruments.
