<description>Will this housing rebuild include grid connected solar panels or wind turbins on the roof tops?

If not, why not?

I believe that all new construction in SF should be required to have grid connected renewable energy features. This should be mandated for both public and private construction.

If the city is not willing to include renewable energy on construction paid for with tax dollars, then taxpayers need to understand why.

It is past time for SF to start paying more than lip service to "going green."

Thank you,
